Our pediatrician said no more than 20oz and I don't think he is getting anywhere even close to that but I am still breastfeeding 2x a day. He is offered somewhere around 6oz of WCM at lunch at daycare and drinks anywhere from 2oz to all of it. Once we are weaned, I will probably offer a cup in the morning with breakfast as well. I don't really keep track of the rest of the day. Sometimes he has yogurt, sometimes cheese, sometimes not.
C is still getting BM (around 12oz/day) and nursing a.m. & p.m. so I'm not super helpful. He does have a pretty big serving of whole milk yogurt most mornings (I should start paying attention to oz since he will be getting introduced to cows milk in a few months..) and at least one serving of cheese (a Babybel or string cheese) each day.

Our ped says 16 oz per day as well. Of course this kid is refusing to switch to milk. We're still doing formula. I've been debating dropping a bottle and just doing other dairy, but she's been behind on all of her milestones so I think I'm going to wait a bit. With the older two, we started dropping bottles and switching to milk after they could walk around and drink themselves, which baby cannot do yet.
