I didn't get to do w1d3 last week, but need to stay on track, so today's plan is start week 2. Didn't get to this morning, may end up doing it after the gym when I'm already pretty beat. I need to do it so trying to not talk myself out of it

W1D1 down. My lungs are angry, my legs are jelly, and I'm pretty positive work will suck tomorrow but I did find a route around my neighborhood that will work great for now. I'll have to adjust as distance gets longer but meh.
