Hey, I have a disturbed sleep cycle issue. I'm working on rotational night shifts. I used to ignore it until I encountered anxiety problems! I always feel sleepy, but I can't sleep when I'm on the bed. As per my friend's suggestion, I went to a wellness clinic near me in Toronto. I had a relaxation massage, I continuously had two sessions. During and after the day of the massage I felt very energetic and fresh. I know it isn't magic to cure all my problems at one stretch,though I can feel the positive change. I had two sessions within the past month. How often should I undergo the same to keep myself calm and energetic?
