Hello to everyone. I am primarily on GBCN but I saw someone mention that everyone on TB moved to this place. I decided to come over here since GP isn't as active.
DH and I have been TTC since October and I got a BFP on 3/16. Sadly, three days later I woke up to horrible cramps and heavy bleeding. Since I was 4w5d my OB called it a chemical pregnancy. We were devastated.
I felt like I was getting back to "normal" but a friend made an insensitive comment about pregnancy and pregnancy loss a few days ago and I've been reliving that morning ever since.

I'm sorry you're having to go through this. Unfortunately, insensitive remarks aren't uncommon in all of this, but hopefully you have strong support through it. We are here if you need us. Sending hugs!

I am so sorry for your loss, and for your friend. After my first loss one of my closest friends just didnt talk to me for like a month. Finally she did, but its hard to move forward with her now, she just couldn't deal, and didn't know what to say, what to do. I have forgiven her now, but it is not forgotten. I am sorry she was insensitive, so many people haveno clue as to what should be said and what you need to hear. But on the bright side we all have been there, and know how you feel! *hugs*
Welcome from a fellow newbie! So sorry that you're going through this. Yeah, insensitive remarks and comments sadly sometimes seem to come from unexpected directions sometimes.. No matter how good the intention behind them, they can still really hurt and upset me. I think we're always welcome to vent here!
