Hi all, just an update. You were all so wonderfully supportive when I introduced myself here several weeks ago. I have lurked since then off and on but not posted. This weekend my three week long wait to complete my miscarriage had hopefully concluded.
After two follow up US and a couple weeks of off and on bleeding and cramping, I was given two doses of Mispropotol, which knocked me out. and induced mild cramping but otherwise did nothing. I saw the OB again who prescribed more Mispropotol, which was again ineffectual. Finally Saturday night had a D&C. The nurses and anesthesiologist are amazing, so kind. and compassionate. I am grateful to be out of limbo, but it feels kind of like the day after Christmas, a little sad and after so much focus on one event (completing the miscarriage ) like you are not sure what to focus on next. I am not normally headache print but have had a headache since Saturday, I returned to work and to a moderate day at the gym today.
I am sorry that it took so long waiting, thats tough! I am glad to hear you seem to be doing well after the D & C, I was afraid to start exercise back up for a while, not that I needed to be, but just nervous. **hugs**

I'm so sorry for your loss and that it was a drawn out process for you. I know what you mean about being glad something has ended up sad because you didn't actually want it to be over. I hope you're able to find something else to help you feel refocused

I'm so sorry that it was such a long process for you. I've been getting headaches too but chalked it up to allergies. Maybe there's a hormonal cause for them or it's very possible that it's stress-related as nikolie93 mentioned. Either way, I hope the headaches go away soon!
I'm sorry you had to go through all of that, but it sounds like you have some closure now. Perhaps the headaches are hormone related? It is a lot of fluctuation to go through. I think stress is a good possibility too. I managed to develop TMJ after my loss, and now that my stress levels have gone down, I'm clenching my jaw less and I've stopped grinding my teeth in my sleep, so it has resolved itself.
